The pitch

The homepage headline was “Instant Cash Loan — Financing the Next Billion”, aimed at “non-online payment users and non-credit score users” who were “underbanked or not serviced by traditional financial institutions”. Visitors were invited to create an account and apply for loan plans by submitting their personal information.

The loan plans

Two schemes were listed: ₹500–1,000 at 1% for one day in a single instalment, and ₹1,000–10,000 at 10% per instalment over twelve yearly instalments. A separate /services/loanservice.php page carried a styled loan listing. An FAQ answered questions about opening accounts, fixed deposits and transfers.

03

Everything else on the menu

The same site offered “IT Services” (web, app and Android game development, logo design, digital marketing), “Home Services” (air-conditioner servicing, painting, cleaning), B2B lead generation, and KPO/BPO outsourcing — “data entry projects” and “call center services”. The Branches page listed no branches: “Data not found”.

04

A template showing through

The site was built on a commercial Laravel e-banking script. Its own demo copy survived the rebrand: the About page still promised that “Viserbank will serve all over the world and becomes the most popular Bank in this universe”, and the statistics block claimed 24 million account holders, 3 billion transactions, 120 branches and 240+ countries. The meta description called it “a complete e-Banking system” and told readers they “may feel safe about your deposit”.

What this page does not do

This site makes no claim about whether any loan was ever issued or repaid. The snapshots show a registration form, a login and plan pages that redirected to login; nothing behind them was archived. The company’s street address, phone number and support email appear in the snapshots and are not reproduced here. The old paths — /about-us, /services, /faq, /branches, /user/*, /policy/* and the three .php service pages — redirect to this page.
